Please read the following conditions carefully.

Only participate in any transaction if you can pay off on your ability (have your own PayPal account/credit card and never use someone else’s card especially your parents’ if they are not aware and have not consented). 

Chargebacks against me due to irresponsible buying will automatically result in a permanent blacklist.

Once you send your commission form to me, it means you have acknowledged, read, understood, and agreed to follow the terms.

• Payment is accepted via PayPal only.
• USD or GBP is available as payment currency.
• Upfront payment only. You will receive your invoice after I checked the references and accepted your order. This process might take some time, so please be patient.
• Provide me with the full finished character design that is drawn by you or other artists. Make sure you have the right to use the provided design if it is not made by you. If you submit unfinished character design that I need to add touches on, I’ll charge an additional fee.
• I have the right to decline a commission request if I feel uncomfortable or unsure about the character or the theme.
• I may work on my personal project as same time as I work on your commission.
• Any mistakes made by me will be corrected free of charge.
• I only do minor revisions. No major changes are allowed at a finishing stage that will affect the whole piece.
• The final artwork will be shared only in a digital file. No physical item will be shipped to your home address.
• I retain the full rights to the artwork and may post it on my portfolio or another website/SNS. Please discuss me beforehand for privatisation of personal commission, especially for marketing purposes of commercial work.
• Do not claim the artwork as yours.
• Your commission will be done within 1 month to 2 months, I will start asap!
• You can receive a full refund if I have not started your commission at all.
• • No refunds will be given if I have already started or completed the commission.
• Rush commission is not available as of 1/10/24.
• Both personal and commercial works done by Aquacha are NOT authorised for use in any AI related and blockchain-related technology, including NFTs and any form of cryptocurrency.
• I may use softwares to protect my works from AI related technology.
• Commercial commissions are at least 2x the cost of the base price of noncommercial commissions per artwork.
